We are by your side from day one, and continue our journey as your new accounting assistants.  The process does not have to be daunting.  Your new process can be executed in 4 easy steps:

Submissions

This is the most important step in your company's transition.  The goal here is to set up a process that allows all documents to be stored in one secured database, that grants permission-only access to the Qrunch team for processing.

Entries

Our dedicated  team is fully equipped with the experience, knowledge and digital tools needed to properly integrate with your team and processes in order to accurately enter and manage your daily, weekly and monthly transactions.

Approvals

Based on your company's deadlines, we communicate with your team at your desired frequency level.   It is here where you can review all the entries your Qrunch Assistant has executed and approve them for processing, reject them for further edits, or hold for later processing.

Processing

Once approved, your invoices and bills are submitted for processing, either by manual check (with our third party processing center) or by ACH (set up in the implementation process).  Once invoicing and bill processing has been complete, a summary is sent to your team for your filing records.
